History reports are not encrypted and provide information in general terms only: No names, addresses or phone numbers appear. These reports note the date and time of the signal or signals received at the central station for your security system.
How to view history:
1. Click on this link: View Alarm History a new window will open.
2. Click on “I want to view history now.
3. Enter your account number and passcode for your account.
(Account number is found on your statement)
4. Enter your phone number with area code as a string of numbers.
Example:(123) 456-7890 is entered as 1234567890
5. Select the appropriate time frame.
